ACE makes no other warranty, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Your sole and exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the refund of the purchase price, at ACE's option. DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES ACE has made every effort possible to ensure that the provided software performs it's intended tasks free of any bugs or errors, and that our services will enhance your computers functionality. However due to the nature of how some malware infects and controls PC's, how it can cause system crashes, data loss and any number of other conditions, in no way should the software be considered absolute or error/bug free. In addition while our services will substantially clean and disinfect your PC of malicious threats, they can not be considered complete or ongoing protection for your PC from current and/or future threats. You assume all responsibility for any resultant changes, damages, lost data, etc that may result from software or services provided by ACE. Any and all documents, oral representations, advertisments, communications or any other representations that you may have received concerning ACE's services have no effect on this Agreement.
